Congratulations to all of the DSD athletes who competed in the most recent series of BMC races in Watford! Linda Byrne got below 16 minutes for the first time in the 5000m, coming 2nd in a new pb time of 15:54.29. In the same race, Charlotte ffrench-O'Carroll was 12th in 17:03.68 and Laura Huet was 13th in 17:19.01. Rob Corbally was 13th in :02.89 and Brendan O'Neill was 14th in the 5000m in 14:20.20.
