Well done to all of the DSD athletes who competed in the IMC races in Irishtown on Friday 22nd May! Hazel Murphy was found masquerading in the men's 1500m! She ran a fantastic time of 4:14.68. Charlotte Ffrench O'Carroll won the official women's race in 4:32.13, with twin sister Rebecca in 3rd in 4:37.03 and Bryony Treston in 8th place in 4:46.61. In the men's 3000m, Brendan O'Neill surprised a few people (though not any of the DSD members!) by finishing 2nd in 8:12.66. Rob Corbally was 4th in the B race, running 8:45.48. Here's to the next IMC series at the All Ireland Schools on Saturday (see IMC website for details).
