A small group of D.S.D. athletes travelled to the National Indoor Championships at the Odyessy Arena, Belfast, and registered some fine performances.
Claire Bergin again showed that she is back to very good form by finishing third in the Women's 400m with a time of 56.27 secs. In the men's equivalent event Nick Hogan also finished third in 48.77 secs. Leigh Walker was second in the Pole Vault with a vault of 4.50. John Crowley was 2nd in the "B" 60m in a time of 7.11. Well done to all! |
