Claire will represent Ireland in the Women's Bobsleigh for the first ever time in our history. Following successful run in the trials in Switzerland yesterday brakewoman Clare Bergin and pilot Aoife Hoey will be one of 20 x 2 women bob teams in Vancouver.

Claire is an extremely active member of the club and holds the current 100m and 200m record. She has represented Ireland on numerous occasions at all levels including most recently in the World University Games and the European Indoors as part of Ireland’s 4x400m team.
