Kevin O Connor recorded an excellent PB of 2:32:18 at yesterday's Dublin Marathon to finish 32nd overall, 15th in the National Championships and 2nd o/40. Hampered by injury in the build to the marathon, Robert Teevan showed once again showed there is no subsititute for guts recording a very respectable finish of 2:46:30. Our third club member home was Declan Ryan in 3:14:51 - which I am unreliably informed is a PB (Declan if I'm wrong here, apologies). Major congratulations to all three runners! Apologies to anyone else who I left out.

Official results are not yet to hand but Jonathan Shallow and Garrett Banahan both acquitted themselves very well over the testing Belvdere House course in Mullingar, the venue for Sunday's Leinster Novice Cross Country Championships. Progress since the Dublin Novice was plain to see. Keep the ball rollin' boys!
