Well done to Joe Sweeney who won the Dunboyne 4 mile yesterday in a excellent time of 18.51 even managing to catch the lead vehicle and running into it (which cost him a few seconds).

This marks a great return for Joe who has been out injured for the last few years and we all hope its just a start for what may be to come and he can get back to his old fitness levels.
