 For all of you who raced in Antrim on Sunday, Declan Ryan (on right in photo) when not modelling silly hats, put this brilliant comparison sheet, which allows you to check how well your lap compared against the winners of the senior mens and womens races. Read more to see your own pace and how it compared."Well done on Saturday to all who went to Antrim and competed in the Celtic Games races. Because you all had to wear a timing chip this allows us to bring you on a lap with Mike Kiegen (Kenya) and Mary Cullen (Ireland) the winners of the Senior races and a few others and let you see that the pace that you raced at is really quiet quick when you take a look at the min/km column. This is to show you all that with your focus on training properly over the next few years that you too can be mixing it with the best in Ireland and the World.
