Commencing:             Wednesday 14th April 6.00pm (8 Weeks to Mini Marathon)

Training Days:           Wednesdays 6.00pm, Saturday 10.00am, Sunday 10.00am.

Where:                        Marlay Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16.

Location:                    Cricket Field, below Golf Course and across from Stables.

Who should Attend: All those interested in “trying” to run the upcoming Ladies Mini Marathon on June 7th 2010. All ages and abilities are welcome. If you’re not sure about being able to run all the way but would like to do some easy training with a group to see if you can, then this is the place for you.

If you’re able to run already and you’d like to meet up with like minded people and you’d prefer to train in a group then this is also the place for you. If you run solo at the moment then you’ll improve by joining up with a group like this.

All abilities will be catered for and you will find a group that matches your ability. We’ll have wobblers, trotters, joggers and runners, so please don’t think you won’t be able to keep up, you will only train at a pace you’re comfortable with.

Training Sessions:     Will comprise of light stretching, run to match you’re ability, and warm

down.

What to Bring with you:

Bottle of Water, Comfortable Tracksuit, Shorts & Tee Shirt and Running Shoes. Do not go out spending money on expensive running shoes, wear what you have.

Organised By:            Declan Ryan, DSDAC.

Note to Men:             You are welcome to attend if you are coming with ladies taking part in the training.
