David Gillick continues to work on improving his speed for the 400m. He ran 21.19 sec in the 200m race in Loughborough at the weekend.

Deirdre Ryan competed on Monday night in Rehlingen, Germany and cleared a respectable 1.87m when coming 2nd in the high jump.
