Well done to our Senior athletes who competed tonight in Palafrugell, Spain!

First off was the women's 100m. Claire Bergin came 3rd in 12.08 (+2.0) and Aoife MacNeill improved her legal PB to 12.10 (+2.0) for 4th.

Claire followed this up with 6th place in the 400m in 56.46 secs and finally Aoife and Claire combined forces with Kelly Proper and Claire Brady to win the women's 4x100m relay in 47.36 secs.

In the men's events, Nick Hogan came 3rd in the 400m in 48.58 secs. Jonathon Miller was 5th in his 400m race in 50.57 secs and both athletes combined to win the men's 4x400m relay!

All four deserve a day of relaxation tomorrow befor their evening flight home!
