Hazel Murphy is off to Belgium to run the 5,000m in Hengelo, while Aoife MacNeill (100m), Claire Bergin (100m & 400m); Nick Hogan (400m) and Jonathon Miller (400mh) will be in action in Parafuegel in Spain!
