Joe Sweeney took pride of place at the Rathfarnham 5k on Sunday, recording a 2nd place finish in a very swift 14.06. Sarah Mulligan led the ladies home in 10th place with a time of 18.22. It was great to see so many new faces in the club colours, but unfortunately we couldn't quite scramble together for a podium finish in the team competitions.

 At The Lakes 10k on Saturday Evan Scully showed some promising form recording a 9th place finish in 3414. Lisa Banahan was our sole lady competing, storming home in a new pb of 4914.
