 While Joe Sweeney (along with Fionnuala Britton) was thrilling Irish athletics fans with his 5th place finish at the European CC, some DSD athletes were engaged in the Santa Dash on the Bull Island (not even watching Joe on TV!). Below are some photos of the fun event, and the thumbnail (left - with larger version below) shows three DSD athletes who wish to remain anonymous. They requested anonymity as they were not wearing the club singlet as required in competition!!!
