National Junior Indoor Championships

Congratulations to DSD's Mark Kavanagh on a great win last Saturday in the Junior Men's 200m at the National Junior Championships, held in Nenagh. Mark ran 22.99 for a comfortable win. He also came 4th in the 60m in 7.24 secs. Joseph Dowling competed in the 400m, coming 7th overall in 53.75 secs. Both young athletes intend competing in the National Senior Championships in the Odyssey, Belfast on 6th Feb and are sure to improve on their times!
