Greetings from Kamloops, Canada!! Been over here all week, competing in World Masters!Results are as follows:-
9th - shot putt - 8.34m
4th - hammer - 23.64m
4th - triple jump - 8.02m
3rd - weight throw - 9.24m
Really pleased with the bronze medal - it came in an event I didn't expect to medal in but got a lovely throw in in the 5th round!
A small Irish team - 10 athletes - but we all did well!
Back home tomorrow and then off to Doha on Monday!! Never a dull moment!!
