Congratulations to Joseph Dowling who won the 60m "A" race in the u/16 section in Cardiff in 7.5(h). Joseph also won the 200m "B" race in 23.58 sec. Mary Jones was 5th in the 800m in 2:24.6(h). In the Senior events, Nick Hogan ran another fast time to win the Senior 400m in 48.62 secs. Jonathon Miller won the Guest Race in the 400m in 50.11, marginally faster to the time he ran last week in Belfast.
