DSD had a great showing at the Leinster Indoors in Abbottstown yesterday with 22 athletes competing and coming home with a significant haul of medals in a broad range of age groups and events, spanning Junior to O65.
Maxine Jones, in her debut Indoor Competition, managed to set two new National age group records; W60 1500m(5.49) and 800m (2.55). Peadar McGing ( M60 ) set a new Leinster record in the 200m, also earning Gold in the 60m and 400m.
