VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!!!!!

For anyone who has yet to fulfil their volunteering requirements before September we have a number of events coming up where your help is needed.  The Dublin graded meets held on a Wednesday evening around Dublin need volunteers and each Dublin club is required to provide 2.  Volunteers on the evening are assigned an area and will be shown by the event organiser what task they need to do. (eg. long jump, high jump area) No prior knowledge of any event is required.

What you need to do:

  • Select a date from the list below and simply arrive on the night (no prior registration or training is required)
  • Present yourself to the check-in area as a volunteer from DSD
  • You will be assigned an area to work at for the evening (or you may be able to choose)
  • At the end of the evening present the attached sheet here to the event organiser to complete
  • Email this sheet to either Meghan or Fiona at the below email addresses

DSD also requires 4 volunteers to assist at the National League which our Senior Men and Women take part in each year.  This is a good opportunity to come out and support your club and fulfil your volunteering requirements all at the same time!! Please see dates of this below (locations will be updated once they are available)

Dublin Graded

  • June 21st 6:30pm to 9pm - Tallaght Stadium
  • July 5th 6:30pm to 9pm - Irishtown Stadium
  • July 19th 6:30pm to 9pm - Morton Stadium
  • August 2nd 6:30pm to 8pm - TallaghtStadium

National League

  • June 25th - Please email either Fiona or Meghan below for details of location and times
