· Please allow approximately 1 ¼ hours for your journey from Dublin (check journey times ahead of travelling)

· Parking is available onsite.

Athlete information

· Please note the check in closing time for your event/s

· Aim to arrive at least an hour before check in closes to allow sufficient time to collect your number and warm up before you are directed to the call room ahead of your race.

· Please be advised, the timetable is subject to change without notice, events could be earlier or later than the scheduled time.

· Events may be brought forward up to 45 minutes – please ensure you listen out for announcements during the day.

· DSD vest must be worn when competing.

· Look out for the DSD Flag/Tent.

Note

· Please make sure to bring sufficient water, refreshments, sunscreen and sun protection for both athletes and spectators – it will be a warm weekend in Tullamore!

Spikes

· Please note only 5mm pyramid spikes are allowed on the Tullamore Harriers Track (see attached pic for example)
