The Club is arranging another Try the Throws day in St Thomas’s on Sunday 23rd September at 11 am.  This is an opportunity for any member of any age to come along and try out throwing – Javelin, Discus, Shot and Hammer – under supervision of our coaches and using some of the new throwing facilities at St Thomas’s.   11 am to 12.30 pm.  Enter for free by sending name and date of birth to dsdthrows@gmail.com
