Master Class!

Congratulations to Peadar McGing M60 and Ronan Gately M50, winners of the Scottish Heptathlon Championships in Glasgow yesterday. Peadar was 1st with a total points of 4489, and Ronan 1st with 3828 points. Well done also to Shane Sheridan M.60 and Avril Dillon W40, who set national records at the NIA Meeting in Abbotstown. Shane recorded 8.01 60m and 26.89 200m; and Avril 8.30 60m. Great to see our Masters in flying form!
