Meghan Ryan smashes 10k PB in Trafford

Meghan Ryan and Paul O'Donnell were in action in the Trafford 10k Road Race over the weekend. Meghan took almost a minute off her previous personal best set last year to record an impressive 33:39. She now has to wait to see if this will be sufficient to qualify for the European 10,000m Cup this Summer. Paul finished 9th overall in a time of 29:23 only 3 seconds off his previous best. With s2 months left before selection for the European 10,000m Cup there is still plenty more to come from these 2 athletes.
