Gold for Ciara at TUS Athlone

Ciara Wilson Bowen showed a clean pair of heels as she strode out to a gold medal in the U.23 3,000m walk at TUS, Athlone at the weekend.   In silver medal positions we had Jennifer Hanrahan 60m;  Molly Mullally Triple Jump and Lauryn Healy High Jump.  Molly also won bronze in the Long Jump.
