Gold for Lauryn & David!

Congratulations to all our athletes who competed in the National Juvenile Indoor Championships this weekend in Athlone. There were many fine performances put up in the heats, and some just missed out reaching the finals by a narrow margin. David Bosch ran another excellent 400m to take gold in the u.19 400m in 50.40, also finishing in first place with a terrific jump, in the u.15 High Jump of 1.58, was Lauryn Healy. Daniel Conway stood out with a fine performance in the u.15 hurdles final taking silver, he also won bronze in the High Jump.
