P.B's for Ella & Roisin in Watford!

Ella Fennelly and Roisin Treacy dropped down a distance to race over 1500m in a very hot Watford on Wednesday night. Ella coming off recent 5K and 3K PB’s ran her first 1500m in 10 years finishing 6th in a PB of 4.21 Roisin, a steeplechase specialist, back from the US, ran a strong race to finish 7th in a PB of 4.24 These performances show the athletes are in good form coming into the business end of the season, Well done Ella & Roisin!
