Qualifying time for Paul at Micro Meet!

Congratulations to Paul O’Donnell on his great 10,000m run on Saturday, at the Micro Meet, held at the Munster Technology University Track. Paul ran 29.20.06, a big new Personal Best and a European Championship qualifying time, finishing second in the race. Emmet Jennings also ran a fine race, finishing 4th in 29.57.23 (PB). In the women’s 10k, Meghan Ryan also ran an excellent race, with a second place finish in 34.39.25 (PB). Well done to all!
