Silver for Avril at World Masters!

Big congratulations to Avril Dillon on her Silver Medal performance at World Masters in Finland, adding to her Bronze last week in 100m. Avril finished 2nd in the W40 80m hurdles in a time of 11.62. Well done Avril!
