***SPORTS MASSAGES IN MARLAY Thursdays This week DSD has arranged to have a sports masseuse in Marlay Park on Thursday for members who wish to get a 15 minute massage. Sessions will take place in the changing room beside the Tennis Courts. Details of how to avail of this are below: Sign-up: Please email Fiona with the below details and you will be sent an allocated time: Whether you would like a 15 minute or 30 minute slot Name of Athlete Group that you train with email to: fionaclinton19@gmail.com (We may need to limit the number of 30 minute slots depending on demand) Cost: €15 for 15 minutes €25 for 30 minutes Cost is payable directly to the masseuse on the night Terms and conditions of this scheme: Massages will be performed by a qualified sports therapist This scheme is aimed at athletes who are struggling with tight or stiff muscles or a niggle that they are aware of, it is not a spa treatment!!!! Please ensure you notify your coach at the start of training if you have signed up for a slot Any under 18s must be accompanied by a parent for the duration
