Congratulations to Meghan Ryan who was 1st female finisher at the BHAA K Club 10k at the weekend in a time of 35.04.
Well done also to Linda Byrne, who ran another great race, finishing 2nd in the Mallow 10 mile 59.56. Darren Egan was 6th M35 in same race 59.15.
