As a competitive Athletic Club we take pride in coaching our athletes to the best of their abilities and prepare them for competition. Our coaches voluntarily invest their time and knowledge to afford every athlete gets the opportunity to compete from Local level right through to National Competition and further afield to European and International standard. There is no limit to our encouragement! With this in mind, it is disappointing when many athletes attend our training sessions but don’t turn out for competition, for this reason we expect all Juvenile Athletes (Academy and Development/Junior Athletes) to take part in the Indoor Championships. You can choose as many of the events within your own age group, however, please choose only events that you’re available to attend as there is a charge to the club for each entry. We would like to encourage all Academy Athletes (U9-U13) to choose at least 2 track events and 1 field event. Development/Junior Athletes should discuss their event choice with their coach. Please preview the Dublin Indoor Competition Schedules above and take note of your preferred events/days.
Wishing all our members and their loved ones a very Happy & Prosperous New Year!
Yours in Sport.
