DSD top of the National track and field league qualifiers in both men's and women's.  Willem Guesken's in his first club outing scored more points than most counties.  Easy for him, his mother was 17 times Belgian champion...

Steel started to grow out of the ground beside the track...

Lorcan leaped 2.05 in Cork as his high jump pb threatens to beat his pole vault best...

The summer camp kids (550 now) roasted in the sunshine...

The key pad on the track gate broke and the drinking fountain wouldn't stop...

This weekend the juvenile All irelands are in the Tullamore Crucible and the multi eventers are in Carlow...

Oh, and the Order of Malta delivered a first aid course...thanks Tess...

And we smashed the 16 x 100 relay at Morton...
