Please note: Please check any Entries highlighted in yellow on the Check Your Entry schedule- to amend missing details or corrections, please use 'Edit Response' on the emailed copy of your original form.  Kindly refrain from submitting duplicate entries for the same athlete.  

Also – we do require some additional parents to volunteer on the day – to allow our Coaches to concentrate on their athletes.  If you are available to volunteer – please add your details to the entry form as we will have an official DSD allocation that we need to cover on the day.
