Remember this is for the U9/U11/U13/U15/U17/U19 Uneven Age XC Championships
Deadline for electronic submission is Friday 27th October – however they need to be processed by DSD beforehand, so we are asking that any corrections or additions be received by 12noon tomorrow Friday 27th October please.
Entries received after this date CANNOT be entered.
Volunteers are still required!
All Clubs are required to provide volunteers at a ratio of 1 per every 15 entries – without volunteer officials these events cannot go ahead. To ensure our coaches can concentrate on their athletes – we look to parents to help and your co-operation is much appreciated.
Thank you to the parents who have put their names forward already – in order to share the load throughout the day we do need more volunteers – so please let us know if you are available.
