Dublin Juvenile Even Age Cross Country Championships 2025

Sunday 12th October 2025
Dear Parents and Guardians
The Dublin Even Age XC Championships will be held on Sunday 12th October in the Phoenix Park for U10/U12/U14/U16/U18 athletes.
Clubs can enter as many athletes as they like in each age group with the first 4 across the line counted for team results.
Athletes may step up a year for Cross Country Championships in consultation with Age Group Coaches.
Ages Categories:
· U9 (born 2017 – U9’s can step up to U10)
· U10 (born 2016)
· U11 (born 2015)
· U12 (born 2014)
· U13 (born 2013)
· U14 (born 2012)
· U15 (born 2011)
· U16 (born 2010)
· U17 (born 2009)
· U18 (born 2008)
National Qualification
The first 10 athletes in the U12/U14/U16/U18 contests qualify to represent Dublin as the County Team and the first 12 qualify to represent Dublin as the Provincial Team.
3 Club teams also qualify for Nationals in each of these age groups (panel of 6)
U10 (Born 2016/2017) Championships is a Dublin ONLY competition.

Entries will close 6pm Sunday 5th October
Volunteer Officials
As with all events, it is a condition that all clubs provide officials.
In order to ensure that our coaches can concentrate on their athletes we look to parents to help when required and your co-operation will be much appreciated.
Please let us know if you are available via the online entry form and we aim to schedule volunteers on a rota basis throughout the day to share the load.
