VOLUNTEERS
Thank you to our parents who have put their names forward to volunteer over Day 2, Day 3 & Day 4 of the Championships – your generosity is most appreciated!
I have endeavoured to match volunteer slots with the time that your athlete will be in attendance while also taking into consideration any specific requests where possible – as I am sure you can imagine – this is not a small undertaking over the 3 days of Competition.
Days have been split into morning and afternoon sessions - please ensure you arrive as requested and stay for the duration of your session – in some cases this will be to the end of an event or until the next DSD volunteer arrives to take over. Aim to arrive a little earlier than scheduled and check in with Jeremy or Seamus who will be coordinating volunteers.Don’t worry if this is your first time volunteering – there will always be an expert on hand to provide guidance for each event! We would also like to thank our fantastic Coaches who have prepared their athletes so well and will be attending on the day – your commitment and dedication is most appreciated!
We ask that you are respectful of all Officials and Volunteers on the day.
Please don’t hesitate to make contact if you have any questions.
Wishing our athletes the very best of luck!
Yours in Sport
