Congratulations to Hiko Tonosa on another great run, this time at the Northern Ireland & Ulster Senior Track & Field Championships, held at the Mary Peters Track, Belfast on Saturday 31st July. Hiko finished 1st in the 5k with a time of 13.53.
David Bosch represented Ireland at the French U18 Invitational 400m, in Paris on Saturday and finished 6th in new PB of 50.02 (you can watch David fighting to the end here).
