Hiko is making his much-anticipated marathon debut this weekend - in Valencia on Sunday 3rd December!
With luck he hopes to get the qualifying time for the Paris Olympics in Summer 2024.
He has raced sparingly this year but ran 62 mins in the Antrim Coast half marathon which suggests he is coming into form.
He and Elizabeth Ndudi appear to be DSDs best hopes for Olympic qualification at the moment.
