Congratulation to Siofra Cleirigh Buttner who broke her own indoor school record in the 800 meters and notched a runner-up finish in the 800 meters at the NCAA Championships on Saturday evening. Siofra posted a time of 2:02.46, the best indoor time of her career, and became the first Villanova athlete in 30 years to finish as high as second in the 800 meters at the indoor national championships. It is also an Irish Indoor record.
