Wellness@Work Positive Mental Health at Work



All parents/guardians, coaches, officials and members (18+) are invited at attend this online program on:

Monday, December 2nd at 8.30pm (1 hour duration), presented by Tess Byrne, Aware Training Partner and DSD Board Member.


Aim

To increase attendees’ knowledge of the need for, and benefits of, wellness in the workplace and in all areas of our lives.


Objectives

At the end of the training attendees will be able to;

  • Identify the warning signs and common symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder

  • Describe & apply basic cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) principles to workplace and life circumstances

  • Recognise everyday principles for coping and achieving good mental health and wellbeing.
