Andrew leads the way in Tullamore!

D.S.D had a large number of athletes in action in Tullamore on Saturday and Sunday for the U.20/U.23 Track & Field Championships.

Andrew McGilton impressed winning the U.23 800m and Adona Zewdie also took home Gold in the U.20 Discus.   Robert Hayes registered a terrific time in the U.23 200m and was just pipped for 1st place, but was happy to take home Silver on this occasion.   Ciara Wilson Bowen also finished in 2nd position in the 3,000m Walk.   Ewan Kennedy U.20 1500m; Daniel Conway 110m Hurdles; Conn McCluskey High Jump all won Bronze.  

Our relay runners enjoyed the occasion and brought home plenty of medals.   Congratulations to all!
