Ciara and Lauryn win Gold!

At the U.20/U.23 National Indoor T & F Championships in TUS Arena Athlone, on Saturday, our athletes won two gold and three silver medals with impressive performances.

Lauryn Healy jumped 1.66 in the High Jump to finish in 1st place; Ciara Wilson Bowen clocked 14.09.75 in the 3.000m walk to take gold with Andrew Hayes 48.48 400m 2nd; Andrew McGilton 1.52.81 800m 2nd and Rachel Lynch 60m hurdles also winning silver.
