Endurance Group Age 13+

The plan is to continue training this week, keeping it simple nice easy runs 6-8 miles – on Saturday 17th we hope to get all the endurance group together for an easy run (from 13’s up to Meet & Train) to finish at the market for a hot chocolate (so bring some money!!) we then break from Sunday 18th back training Tuesday 27th.
