Congratulations to Paul O’Donnell on a great win in the Kia Series 5k, in Enfield last night. Paul achieved a P.B., of 14 mins and a course record. The D.S.D., team also came home in 2nd place, with Emmet Jennings 14.40, Maria McCambridge 16.46 Fiona Clinton 16.57;Michael McCarthy 14.59; and Amy Moran 18.15 all scoring.
