We are delighted to announce that Wolfhound & Elk and TeamWearStore.ie have teamed up as the one-stop-shop for DSD Club gear! They are starting with Club singlets, performance T-shirts, tracksuit tops, base layers, and hoodies with much more (including tracksuit bottoms and crop-tops) to come very soon.
To order Club gear, DSD members are invited to go to the DSD shop operated by TeamWearStore.ie
Behind the scenes, Wolfhound & Elk will produce the garments and TeamWearStore.ie will deliver them to your home. Your relationship in this process is with TeamWearStore.ie
This project is the fruit of over a year’s work by a bunch of committed DSD volunteers collaborating with Wolfhound & Elk and TeamWearStore.ie. Special mention must go to Shireen McDonagh whose knowledge of the fashion world (fabrics, fit and colours) and of the needs of athletes, coupled with her meticulous diligence, has guided Wolfhound & Elk to design bespoke and unique items for DSD members.
A huge thanks also to Helen Hayes who gave design input cues and to Brendan O’Neill whose industry experience set us on our way. And of course, the obliging DSD volunteers who tested out different fits and fabrics.
Liz McKeever of Wolfhound & Elk is “delighted to partner with DSD in bringing a bespoke fully sustainable kit for the Club.” An Irish company, Wolfhound & Elk focuses on designing, developing and delivering quality bespoke sustainable and ethically made sportswear. The company works with a whole host of different sports clubs and organisations across different fields of sport including Athletics, Soccer, Hockey and American Football. Liz adds, “we hope you love the gear!”
Mark Basquille of TeamWearStore.ie is equally excited to partner with DSD and Wolfhound & Elk.
