Congratulations to Paul O’Donnell on his great 10,000m run on Saturday, at the Micro Meet, held at the Munster Technology University Track. Paul ran 29.20.06, a big new Personal Best and a European Championship qualifying time, finishing second in the race. Emmet Jennings also ran a fine race, finishing 4th in 29.57.23 (PB).
In the women’s 10k, Meghan Ryan also ran an excellent race, with a second place finish in 34.39.25 (PB).
