Congratulations to Ciarán Carthy who was selected to represent Ireland as part of the 4 x 400m Relay squad competing at the recent U23 European Championships in Espoo, Helsinki, Finland. Despite the timing of some unfortunate recent injuries, Ciaran worked hard and recovered well to run an excellent 3rd leg of the 4 x 400m relay in the Final with a split of 47.03, coming through 200m in 21.48. His ongoing dedication and commitment to training and competition has been recognised in this well-deserved selection in the Ireland Team!
